You will find Karen's classes are easy enough for anyone to participate.  Flexiblilty is not required to enjoy and reap the benefits of movement. Those who currently have a strenous practice will be amazed at how simple movements can improve strength, flexibility and reduce pain. 

If you'd like to reduce stress, alleviate pain or learn how to bring balance into your life, please join us for a class.
