Stress Simplified-easing the stress in our life is the single most important life change we can make.  The stress response is important but overworked.  There are lifesaving skills that can be implemented easily and safely to change the damaging that results from our stress filled lives!

Oh My Aching Back-back pain is common and responds very well to movement therapy.  We explore the many causes of back pain, possible treatments and movements that can free us from pain.

Road Warrior Yoga-traveling impacts our bodies, breath and spirit.  Movements that can be implemented on an airplane, in a hotel or even at a desk can make a profound difference in our health. 

To Sleep, Perchance to Dream-sleep is what allows our bodies to heal.  Sleeping is essential to  our health, yet sleep distrubances are one of the most common health issues today.  Profound changes take place when we learn how to get a good nights sleep.

Sport-specific workshops-  each class can be geared for those passionate for sports who utilize specific muscles repetitively. These workshops focus on the muscles and patterns used most often for sport-specific activities and provide movements and breath to avoid and heal injuries.
