Yoga Teacher Training

200 Hours - Denver, CO

Discover the teacher within: share your wisdom

The Upanishads and ancient yogic text describes the effects practicing yoga: unbind the mind, untie the heart. Learning to teach this practice is an awareness journey This unique yoga training is grounded in anatomy and yoga therapy with direct application to students with many levels of abilities, injuries and intentions. We employ an active learning approach with a focus on anatomy and physiology in a practical, easy way. This experience is much more than learning how to teach yoga; it’s an invitation to expand the mind, open the heart and heal the body.

Our Yoga Teacher Training exceeds the standards for Yoga RYS 200 certification and prepares you for Yoga RYS 500 follow-on classes.
