Learn to teach yoga with deep awareness. This unique yoga training is grounded in anatomy and yoga therapy with direct application to students with many levels of abilities, injuries and intentions. We employ an active learning approach with a focus on anatomy and physiology in a practical, easy way. This experience is much more than learning how to teach yoga; it’s an invitation to expand the mind, open the heart and heal the body.

Our Yoga Teacher Training exceeds the standards for Yoga RYS 200 certification and prepares you for Yoga RYS 500 follow-on classes.

Life can be busy and committing to 9 weeks of training can be a challenge.  We’ve created a flexible training calendar to meet your needs!  In order to meet requirements for a 200 hr. Yoga Alliance Certification, you must complete modules A,B, & C in any order over a two year period. Active learning allows you to explore the wonders and wisdom of your own body allowing a more expansive and intuitive teaching practice.
