Yoga Teacher Training

200 - Carmel, CA

DISCOVER THE TEACHER WITHIN

Learn to teach Yoga with deep awareness. This training is much more than learning a series of poses.  Teaching contemporary practices requires expanding beyond the traditional into an understanding of movement, anatomy and the experience of breath. Teaching yoga with an “any pose fits all” approach is the leading cause of yoga injuries.  Our yoga training provides you with practical knowledge of the body and methods to innovate, create and share your wisdom in ways that will help safely expand and explore.

This unique experiential training is coupled with active learning of anatomy, movement principles, pranayama, and the powerful awakenings of the subtle body. This method helps teachers work with students who have different abilities, experience, injuries, or intentions. Active learning allows you to explore the wonders and wisdom of your own body allowing a more expansive and intuitive teaching practice.

Our Yoga Teacher Training exceeds the standards for Yoga RYS 200 certification and prepares you for Yoga RYS 500 follow-on classes.
