Movement Masterclass
As we progress in our yoga practice (or any form of movement), what once served us may no longer be beneficial, supportive, or strengthening. Instead of feeling like we must abandon what we cherish, we can embrace the wisdom that comes with aging to discover movements and poses that are achievable, supportive, and enriching. By shifting our focus from forcing poses to exploring what our bodies are capable of, we engage in movement that is deeper, safer, and more respectful. Yoga transforms from a discipline into a devotion to our true selves.
On the first Sunday of each month, we will delve into modifications and new opportunities for both teachers and students. Our goal is to broaden our understanding and discover options for safe, effective movement, regardless of age or ability.
