Almost all of us will experience some level of low back pain during our lives. Our movements, emotions and stressors all impact this vital area of support. Learn how to ease, balance and heal with this 2 session workshop.
Session one: Examine the structure of the SI (Sacro-Illiac joint) psoas and surrounding muscles and how your patterns can elicit pain and discomfort. Learn more about how to change your breath and habits of movement to build a stronger foundation
Session two: Explore somatic movements that ease and strengthen the back and pelvis.
Join us for this dynamic series to learn somatic movement, breath practices and awareness provide ease, strength and balance.
